Strength & Sculpt is a 50-minute, strength-based contemporary mat Pilates class designed to sculpt long, lean muscle while building real, functional strength. Expect controlled, athletic sequencing that targets the core, glutes, arms, and legs with precision and purpose. Light weights are thoughtfully incorporated to enhance muscular endurance, stability, and definition.
Choreographed movement in each class is set to curated rap and house music, creating an elevated and energetic studio experience that feels both powerful and intentional. All levels are welcome, with personalized modifications and amplifications options offered throughout.
