While my coaching is fully virtual, the experience is intentionally designed to feel as close to having me right there beside you as possible. Every program is customized to your goals, lifestyle, training history, and experience level, with ongoing support, accountability, and weekly face-to-face check-ins to ensure you're making progress every step of the way.
What makes my coaching unique is my background in both strength training and Pilates. As a trainer, I blend traditional strength principles with Pilates-based movement to create workouts that are effective, challenging, and enjoyable. This approach helps clients build strength, improve mobility, move better, and create a stronger mind-body connection while still working toward tangible fitness goals.
My philosophy is centered around balance. I don't believe in extreme restrictions, unsustainable routines, or quick-fix solutions. Instead, I focus on helping you create healthy habits, realistic routines, and a lifestyle that supports your goals long-term. The objective isn't just to achieve results—it's to build the knowledge, confidence, and consistency needed to maintain them for years to come.
