Hi, I’m Nali.

Movement has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

My journey began in the world of dance, where I trained as full scholarship student at the Alvin Ailey School of Dance and later became an American Ballet Theatre Certified Instructor. Years spent studying movement, technique, alignment, and body awareness shaped the way I coach today and gave me a deep appreciation for how the body is designed to move and most importantly; led me to Pilates!

Since then, I've had the opportunity to coach and educate across multiple disciplines, serving as a Senior Coach at Solidcore, Head Coach & Athletics Manager for the #1 performing FS8 studio globally, and now as a National Trainer & Quality Control Lead for FS8, where I travel across the country training and developing coaches for new studio openings and existing franchise locations.

In addition to my work with FS8, I'm also a Certified Personal Trainer, and an instructor for WeGym; creating and leading strength and Pilates-based workouts for a global fitness platform.

Why me?

What makes my coaching unique is the combination of these experiences. I blend traditional strength training principles with the precision, control, and body awareness developed through years of dance and Pilates. The result is movement that is challenging, athletic, effective, and enjoyable—helping clients build strength while moving with confidence and intention.

My philosophy is simple: fitness should enhance your life, not consume it.

I believe in creating sustainable habits, building confidence from the inside out, and helping people achieve results they can maintain for years to come. My goal is not just to help you reach your goals—it's to help you understand your body, enjoy movement, and create a healthy lifestyle that lasts.

Above all, my faith guides the way I live, coach, and serve others. It is the foundation of who I am and the lens through which I approach every opportunity to encourage, support, and help others become stronger—both physically and mentally.
